Amakhosi will be buoyant by the Absa Premiership form guide of four unbeaten matches when they visit Maritzburg Unted at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Saturday, 11 February 2017. The match is billed for a 20:15 kick-off.

Chiefs eased through the enthusiastic Free State Stars with a convincing 3-1 win on Wednesday. The win against Stars consolidated Amakhosi’s advances towards the top of the log. Chiefs travel to Maritzburg occupying fourth position on the league standings with 27 points in the bag, trailing log leaders SuperSport United, Bidvest Wits and Cape Town City with only one point.

Chiefs beat United 2-0 in the first round played at FNB Stadium. Lorenzo Gordinho and William Twala scored in that match.

United are in seventh spot on the log with 20 points from 16 games. They drew 1-1 against Polokwane City in their midweek game.

Tickets are sold at Computicket or Maritzburg United outlets which are the following: the club’s offices on 397 Victoria Rd, Supersave and OK Mini Market on College Road. Cost of tickets is R60 for adults and R20 for children.

The public is warned of a scam of fake Computicket tickets being sold for this game.
