As matchday for the much anticipated Carling Black Label Cup Soweto Derby is drawing closer and closer, supporters are voting for their preferred match formations and the players in ever increasing numbers.

The game is billed to take place on Saturday, 29 July, at the iconic FNB Stadium. Kick-off is at 15:00.

It has emerged that goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune and striker Gustavo Páez are so far recording the highest number of votes when it comes to the Kaizer Chiefs team.

Voting is still open for fans over the age of 18. All you have to do is purchase a Carling Black Label beer and dial *120*660*. Then enter your unique underliner code and press #. Entry is free on USSD or go to www.carlingblacklabel.co.za. Your vote counts!

The voting is going so well that the organisers are looking at doubling the voting figures from all previous clashes.

Due to the transfer window, players come and go. If a player you voted for is no longer with the team you are allowed to go back and change your vote.

With regard to the match tickets, on Wednesday, 5 July, with 24 days to go, only 19 000 were left for sale at Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers outlets nationwide.
