Sithole has been replaced by Mhlabawuhlangane Cebekhulu of University of Port Elizabeth-FC Copenhagen after his club, Kaizer Chiefs apparently did not release him.
Amakhosi team manager Bobby Motaung said the player was released but failed to turn up due to miscommunication. "The club had agreed that he should go but unfortunately there was communication break down and the driver who was supposed to take him to camp did not pitch," said Motaung.
"It's unfortunate but there’s nothing we can do at this stage as a replacement has already been called."
Amajita manager Winston Marumo has confirmed that Chiefs have released Junior Khanye, who is already in camp in Bethlehem with the rest of the selected players.
The first friendly between South Africa's Amajita and Lesotho will take place at Bohlokong Stadium near Bethlehem on April 9 at 3.30pm and second one at the same venue on Saturday (3.30pm).
