"Although Jabu Pule has missed two training sessions, we are not perturbed about weekend newspaper reports speculating his whereabouts.
"Procedurally Jabu will appear before the Disciplinary Committee to face charges of abstaining from work," said Amakhosi chairman Kaizer Motaung.
Kaizer Chiefs are fresh from a great start of the year after walloping Bush Bucks 4 nil at the Olympia Park stadium on Saturday 4th January 2003.
The team displayed brilliant football even in the absence of other regulars like Thabo Mooki, Arthur Zwane and Jabu Pule who was serving a two-match suspension following his 4 yellow cards accumulation.
"It could be that Jabu did not take those two sessions seriously knowing that he would not be featured in the first two games, but an investigation on this conduct is already underway," added Motaung.
Pule is expected to resume training today (Tuesday).
