Many supporters were left wondering about what happened to the July episode of KCTV show after it did not air on the first Monday of the month as is the norm, but all those Amakhosi supporters got to see Banyana Banyana’s first game of WAFCON instead and will be happy to know that their favourite show will finally be on their screens from this evening at 21:00.
As we are still in the pre-season, the KCTV crew visited one of our star performers in the last two seasons and our KCYDA product, Njabulo Blom, who took us home to where he comes from in the My Kasi segment of the show. The popular segment will show many supporters more about his background and those who helped shape his life in the world-famous South Western Townships.
We also feature the Kaizer Chiefs Reserve Team awards function that took place after a long and hard season that saw the team go through a coaching change and the introduction of a number of their playing personnel. The Club decided to reward the team and standout performers with individual accollades.
Kaizer Chiefs’ long-serving player and captain Itumeleng Khune will appear in the Golden Session segment, alongside former fellow Amakhosi goalkeeper and now goalkeeper coach, Aubrey Mathibe. This will be a great segment for Amakhosi fans who love Khune and those who want to know more about our new goalkeeper coach at the Club.
Kaizer Chiefs left winger Happy Mashiane makes an appearance in the Player Profile segment. The Tembisa-born player will let supporters in on his life and football journey thus far.
While many are still enjoying the break this winter, this month’s show promises to be entertaining, eye-opening and educational. Amakhosi supporters are urged to keep themselves warm this month as we all watch the July episode of the KCTV show. The show premieres on the PSL Channel on SuperSport 2, DStv channel 202 this Tuesday at 21:00.
Kaizer Chiefs’ social media platforms will share details of the reruns of the show during the course of the month of July 2022.
