A Golf Day has been arranged in his honour and is being played at the Robinson Golf Course in Randfontein. Family and friends, including many of his former teammates, are taking part in the Golf Day.
Ntsoelongoe is one of great icons of Kaizer Chiefs and South Africa football and it’s fitting that an annual tribute is being made to him. He sadly passed away in May last year.
Tomorrow, two soccer games will be played at Mohlakeng Stadium, outside Randfontein.
At 11.00 the Chiefs under-15 team will take on their counterparts from the West Rand Development structures and at 13.00 the Chiefs Legends will take on a West Rand Legend team. It promises to be entertaining with former Chiefs teammates and opponents in both teams. Entrance is free.
On Sunday, Ntsoelongoe’s family will unveil his tombstone at Mogale City Cemetery. The service will be held at Mogale City Centenary Hall from 8.00, where Chiefs’ Communications Manager, Thebe Mohatle, is scheduled to give a speech. The cortege leaves for the cemetery at 10.00.
