Striker, Sthembiso Ngcobo has officially joined Durban outfit, AmaZulu FC, on loan for a season.

The towering striker, who will be remembered for his brace in the 3-0 drubbing of archrivals Orlando Pirates in 2010, joined the Glamour Boys at the start of 2009/2010 season from Free State Stars.

Football Manager, Bobby Motaung wished Ngcobo all of the best at Usuthu.

“We would like to wish Sthembiso (Ngcobo) all of the best at AmaZulu. Ngcobo carried himself as a true professional despite being used sparingly by the Technical Team last season. We would also like to thank both AmaZulu and the player’s representatives for ensuring the negotiations between the parties went smoothly,” added Motaung.

Ngcobo who made 66 appearances in the gold and black has two years left in his contract with the Glamour Boys and AmaZulu has an option to buy the player outright at the end of 2013/2014 season.
