The Kaizer Chiefs pair of midfielder Thabiso Malatsi and striker Justice Sithole have been called up to the national under-23 squad for the upcoming All-Africa Games clash against Angola.

According to the Premier Soccer League (PSL) the release of players for this match will be optional and clubs will not be forced to let go off their players.

Amaglug-glug are due to meet the Angolans in a second round, second leg qualifying match that is due to be played in Luanda next weekend, February 22 or 23. The first leg was played at Orlando Stadium, with South Africa winning the match 2-0.

Normally, if a club has three or more players selected for any of the national sides, they are allowed to postpone their fixture that falls on the same weekend.
