Kaizer Chiefs will be looking to go deep into the 2024 edition of the Engen Knockout Challenge, as the U-18 tournament gets under way at Marks Park in Johannesburg on Friday, 5 July.
Amakhosi have been drawn in Group A for the opening phase, where they will face Jomo Cosmos at 9:15 am on Field A in their first encounter.
The official opening ceremony will commence at 10:30am, followed by Amakhosi’s second match, at 12:45pm, against Randburg FC, also on Field A.
Their final group match takes place on Saturday, 6 July, against Transition Football, kicking off at 12:45pm on Field C.
Should they progress, Chiefs will be involved in a quarterfinal clash later in the day at 15:30pm, and if they prevail, they will be back on Sunday morning, 7 July, for a semifinal at 9:30am.
The final is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, at 15:00pm.
