Venue: Free State Rugby Stadium, Bloemfontein
Kickoff: 20h30
Two goals from each half, the first from England based, Benni McCarthy at the 41st minute and the second one from substitute, Bernard Parker at the 78th minute ensured that Bafana Bafana make it three wins in a row. <p
Black Stars who featured Kaizer Chiefs defender, Jonathan Quartey were the first to draw blood when Anti beat ex Chiefs’s goalkeeper, Brain Baloyi from close range at the 39th minute.
Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Itumeleng Khune who kept a clean sheet in both games wins against Malawi and Equatorial Guinea watched from the bench as his Kaizer Chiefs team-mate, Siphiwe Tshabalala and his Bafana teammates dazzled and ran rings around the Ghanaians who were missing some of their top players for the clash.
The win was a huge boost for the one time African champions who were relegated to 85th position last week.
