Kaizer Chiefs medical team has confirmed that striker Tshepo Bulu will be out for at least a month. This was after Gary Goldstone’s elbow landed on his face fracturing his nose in the tense Absa Premiership clash played at Chatsworth Stadium on Sunday.

In what looked like a deliberate intent from Goldstone, referee Abdul Ebrahim could only issue a caution for the incident that left the player lying helplessly on the ground.

Bulu, who was making his full debut on Sunday scored earlier and now is certain to miss the mouth-watering, MTN 8 final to be played in Durban this coming Saturday.

“He will be out for a month as his nose is fractured. His face is very badly swollen with sutures. He must wait until the swelling has gone down and then Tshepo will be seen by a specialist to reassess the damage and what the prognosis is,” the coach informed kaizerchiefs.com.

The coach is still of the opinion that “Maritzburg United were clearly psyched up to kick our players from the first minute.” This is what a visibly angry Ertugral said after the game.
