Executive Chairman, Kaizer Motaung believes that the Amakhosi can finish even stronger this season by winning a double.
Chiefs were the first winners of the Q-innovation having done superbly well in the first quarter despite being knocked out of MTN8 and Telkom Knockout.
“The fans should expect an exciting end of the league. I look forward to us winning the double again,” said Captain Chincha showing supreme confidence on the Technical Team and the squad.
“It is still early days, but I think the chances of us finishing strong are possible. There are of course challenges around injuries that we have experienced this season, but I hope and I know that we will finish in grand style.
Motaung also expressed his delight with the progress that has been made in reviving development structures; “A lot of work has gone into restructuring the development. At the moment we have been putting structures in place while also setting up infrastructure.
“We have also partnered with the University of North West who are going to bring a lot of expertise in the youth program. There has also been a lot happening in getting the structure of coaching staff right,” added Motaung.
