Striker, Kingston Nkhatha believes that Celtics will be tougher than the last time Kaizer Chiefs visited Free State Stadium where they sent the hosts packing with a 3-0 drubbing in a league encounter on 31 March 2013.
The two sides meet for the second time in less than two weeks in what promises to be a thrilling Nedbank Cup quarterfinal encounter - kickoff is at 20h15 on Saturday, 13 April 2013.
Kingston Nkhatha who scored an opener in the league game told the gathered media at Kaizer Chiefs Village in Naturena today that Celtic will come with all guns blazing.
“They are, of course, not happy to have lost the last time we visited them in Bloemfontein. They will try to unsettle us and we are expecting nothing less than a tough game this weekend.
Nkatha who sat on the substitute bench in the match against Golden Arrows in Durban last Saturday, told kaizerchiefs.com that his teammates are experienced enough to face the hostile crowd in Bloemfontein.
“We have experienced players in our team who have played in more hostile environments before and that experience will be key going into to this game. We just have to focus on our game plan and the instructions from the Technical Team.
“It is important that we proceed to the next round of the competition but we cannot win this game on paper. We have to go out and play to win. We know that our supporters will come through from all corners of the country and we have to reciprocate with a good performance,” added Nkhatha.
