The stage is set for the fan favourite clash between Kaizer Chiefs and Bloemfontein Celtic on Wednesday, 4 May.
The battle lines are always drawn both on the pitch and in the stands when the Gold & Black meet the Green & White of Siwelele. This is also one of those PSL clashes that draw immense interest from the neutrals.
Celtic arrive in town at the back of a resounding 5-0 win over Ajax Cape Town on Sunday, while hosts Chiefs will be looking to recover from their 3-1 loss to Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday.
It is all systems go for what is anticipated to be a fun filled and entertaining match, taking place at the Calabash, FNB Stadium, under the floodlights on Wednesday, 4 May (kick-off is at 19:30).
When Chiefs visited Bloemfontein on 17 January 2016, it was Willard Katsande’s solitary goal that separated the two teams.
Both teams have a passionate support base and are mentored by former school teachers, who were born in the Free State - Steve Komphela and Serame Letsoaka.
Chiefs occupy third position on the Absa Premiership table, while visitors Celtic are down in twelfth position.
