Kaizer Chiefs won Q3 of the Q-Innovation award following a 1all draw against Maritzburg United at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The Glamour Boys collected 18 points in 8 games to bag the third quarter after winning the inaugural Q1 early in the 2012/13 PSL season.

Despite Orlando Pirates and Ajax Cape Town playing a game less (seven out of eight) the Phefeni Glamour Boys are enjoying a six point lead to their Soweto rivals who have managed to collect 12 points after seven games. The Soweto Derby game played on 9 March was a Q4 fixture that was brought forward by the PSL.
