The Kaizer Chiefs Development side extended its lead in the SAB League Johannesburg Region after beating Nazarene United on Sunday.



Pule Ekstein's beautifully taken goal scored in the 88th minute, was the decider in a game played in Noordgesig.



The Chiefs Development team is leading the SAB League standing with 56 points after 23 games played.



Following hot on their heals are Dube Continentals and Bid Boys with 49 and 48 points respectively after both teams have played 22 games. Seventeen (17) teams are participating in the league.



Meanwhile, the two Chiefs Development (U17) players, Katlego Mashego and Luyanda Mdlalose, were selected for the South African National Under-17 side, 'Amajmbos' to play in the Four-Nation tournament which commences this week, in Namibia.
