Kaizer Chiefs will play against unpredictable, Free State Stars in the quarterfinals of Nedbank Cup following a draw that took place at Melrose Arch, Johannesburg on Monday morning.

The PSL announced that the quarterfinals of Nedbank Cup will be played on the weekend of 14-15 April 2012.

Arthur Bartman speaking after the draw said they will need to be on top of their game to beat Stars who knocked out Orlando Pirates to go through to the next stage of the competition.

"It is a tough draw and we will need to be ready for a fight," he told kaizerchiefs.com.

"The last time we met in a cup game and in December we beat them so we expecting them to come with guns blazing.

"It should also be an exciting game for the fans.

"Our intention is to win the trophy for the Chairman (Kaizer Motaung), the fans and everyone associated with the team. We are going to do everything in our power to proceed to the next round.

"I would like to urge our fans to come through in numbers like they did in Polokwane last Saturday," added Bartman.
