After winning the Carling Black Label Champion Cup on Saturday, next up will be the FAME Charity Cup, which will be played at Polokwane’s New Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, 6 August. Kaizer Chiefs were drawn to play in the first game against the newly promoted National First Division (NFD)-outfit Magesi FC.

This tantalising tournament forms part of Amakhosi's pre-season programme. Chiefs command a huge following in Limpopo and already have the province abuzz and waiting in anticipation to watch Glamour Boys in action.

Besides Chiefs and Magesi, other teams participating in this spectacular are Baroka FC and Black Leopards.

The encounter between Chiefs and Magesi will be preceded by the battle between the newly promoted Absa Premiership-side Baroka and Black Leopards, another NFD-side.

The FAME Charity Cup will form part of the FAME Weekend in Limpopo, which is about raising funds for charity organisations and bursaries for students in need of financial support, which is in line with Amakhosi's corporate social investment progamme.

Tickets are available at Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers at R80.00 for the two semifinals and the cup final.
