Chiefs head to Botswana for Champions League clash

Kaizer Chiefs will travel to Botswana to face Township Rollers on Saturday, February 28, the second leg of the preliminary stage for the CAF Champions League.



Amakhosi go into the encounter with a 2-1 advantage, courtesy of goals from Matthew Rusike and Tefu Mashamaite in the first leg, which took place at Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium.



This much anticipated clash is scheduled to be played in front of a capacity crowd at the Gaborone’s National Stadium (kick-off at 15:00).



The traveling fans must adhere to the diplomatic cross border requirements such as a passport requirement and car registration documents (see also on the Kaizer Chiefs website the article ‘Journey to Gaborone information’, which was published on Tuesday, February 17).
