An interesting log is doing the rounds on Twitter and Facebook. It shows a ‘world football log’, combining the top leagues in Europe, like the German Bundesliga, the English premier league, the Spanish La Liga and the Italian Serie A, with the South African Absa Premiership.

Amazingly, Kaizer Chiefs tops this ‘world football log’ with 24 points from eight matches, followed by Spanish giants Barcelona (eight games, 22 points), English side Chelsea (8-22) and German team Bayern Munich (8-20). Hot on the heels are Juventus. The Italian side is on 19 points, but they have played one game less than the others in the Top 4.

Amakhosi’s next match is against Moroka Swallows on Wednesday evening, 22 October, at Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium (kick-off is at 7:30pm).
