The Kaizer Chiefs legends will play against an Nkandla XI in KwaZulu-Natal province on Saturday, 6 June, at 13:30 (at the Nkandla Stadium).

A team full of legends will participate in the game. In goal there will be Brian Baloyi, who will be protected by defenders like Derrick Spencer, Cyril Nzama, Gardner Seale, Fabian McCarthy and Ntsie Maphike. Other former Amakhosi stars participating are Thabo Mooki, Doctor Khumalo, Ace Khuse, Arthur Zwane, Frank Makua, Abel Shongwe and Wellington Manyathi.

The legends will give on Saturday morning a clinic to identify local talent. This starts at 09:00.

“It’s always such a pleasure to be together again,” Amakhosi’s midfield legend Mooki says about the Chiefs Legends team. “It reminds me of the golden days when we motivated each other to win games and of the trophies we won together. We are looking forward to the match against the Nkandla XI.”
