Kaizer Chiefs have been forced to make big changes to the team due to the unavailability of some of the regulars in the team. With Ramahlwe Mphahlele suspended, Itumeleng Khune given time off due to a family bereavement, Samir Nurković and Leonardo Castro out with injuries, coach Gavin Hunt has had to work with other players to ensure that the team is ready for this evening’s clash against Atletico Petroleos de Luanda of Angola.
Hunt has opted for Daniel Akpeyi to replace Khune, Mphahlele will be replaced by Mulomowandau Mathoho, while the twin strikers Castro and Nurković will replaced by Bernard Parker and Lazalous Kambole, respectively.
Four other changes will see Daniel Cardoso come in for Anthony Akumu Agay, Philani Zulu is in for Siyabonga Ngezana, Nkosingiphile Ngcobo in for Njabulo Blom, while Happy Mashiane replaces Kearyn Baccus.
Zulu will be at left-back, Mathoho and Cardoso will be in central defence, while Reeve Frosler will be play on the right of Amakhosi’s defence.
Willard Katsande will work with Ngcobo in midfield, with Mashiane on the left and Parker on the right.
Amakhokosi’s attack will be led by Kambole and Lebogang Manyama.
The referee is Bamlaku Tessema Weyesa from Ethiopia. He is assisted by Mohammed Abdallah Ibrahim from Sudan and Temesgin Samuel Atango from Ethiopia. The fourth official is Belay Tadesse Asserese from Ethiopia
The match commissioner is Zide Gilbert Dlamini from Eswatini

Amakhosi’s third CAF Champions League group stage match against Petro de Luanda will kick off at 18:00 at FNB Stadium in the Johannesburg. No spectators will be allowed in the stadium.
