Kaizer Chiefs will be looking to continue where they left off against Maritzburg United and to keep the rhythm when they meet Bloemfontein Celtic at Free State Stadium on Tuesday evening. Kickoff is at 19h30.

The Glamour Boys showed glimpses of the side that won the league last season when they brushed aside Maritzburg United last Saturday.

Chiefs played in high intensity, were solid at the back, in control in the midfield and lethal upfront with striker, Knowledge Musona, finding form after a slow start since his return from Germany.

Celtic are still smarting from the 2-0 defeat they suffered in the hands of University of Pretoria and will want to "bounce back", something that the Chiefs Head Coach, Stuart Baxter acknowledged.

"It is going to be a tough game for us in Bloemfontein.

They are still licking their wounds following a defeat this past weekend and they will be looking for an immediate solution at our expense.

This is a very important game for us and we will be approaching it with a winning mentality.

Preparations have gone quite well and I am delighted that we have everyone ready for this game.

We might have to change things a bit, rest some players or change our strategy," said Baxter

The Glamour Boys beat Celtic 3-0 at Free State Stadium early this year to register their 29th win over the hosts since 1985.

In 51 games the defending champions have had an upper hand in this fixture with Celtic only recording 10 wins.

Chiefs who are lying 5th on the log have registered two wins, one draw and a defeat in the league this season and a win in Bloemfontein will keep them within touching distance of the leading pack.
