The official start of the 2014/15 PSL season will kick off this weekend with the MTN8 quarterfinal games. Kaizer Chiefs will take on MP Black Aces in a mouth-watering clash on Sunday 03 August at FNB Stadium at 15:00. The Team is inspired and the players have expressed courage and a fearless attitude going into the start of the season.

Reyaad Pieterse commented, “Things are looking good for us this season. We are working hard to be ready to bring back the trophies to Naturena, where they belong. The game against Aces is going to be tough. They will come to us looking at proving a point. They will find us ready to advance to the next round. We want to do it for the supporters.”

Brilliant Khuzwayo said, “We are working hard as a team. The attitude in the team is positive. We are inspired and have the courage to return to winning ways. Mentally and physically we are ready to clinch silverware this season.”

Kgotso Moleko expressed confidence ahead of the start of the season, “We are all ready and fired up to do the business on the field of play. The game against Aces is going to be tough. Winning the first game is key to bring the confidence and pave our way for success this season. We know what we must do to achieve our goals. Last season they beat us after scoring a late winner. This time they will find us on guard and alert to avoid the mistakes of the past season.”

Kaizer Chiefs Supporters Club will be operating at the stadium, at Gate K, Turnstile 18, from 11:00 on Sunday. The supporters will get a chance to buy their new Forever Fearless jersey and other Amakhosi genuine merchandise.

Tickets are now on sale at Computicket and Shoprite Checkers countrywide. They are R40 for adults and R10 for children under the age of 12. Kickoff for the clash that has all the hallmarks to make it a titanic battle is at 15:00. The gates open at 12:00.
