It was always a matter of time for coach Arthur Zwane and his troops to up the tempo. They did it in style recording their third straight win with an exquisite 4-2 victory over Cape Town City Reserves.

This Heritage Day fixture staged at the Kabokweni Stadium saw Chiefs Reserves turning on the style when they put on a display of a combination of flair and style to breakdown the City resistance.

Lebohang Lesako was on fire complementing his fine performance with a hat trick of goals. Lesako opened the scoring in the 18th minute and followed up with 23rd minute spot kick before City pulled one back in the 33rd to give them a glimmer of hope.

A rampant Lesako restored the two-goal cushion at a stroke of half time. The score at half time was 3-1 to Chiefs Reserves.

The Multichoice Diski Challenge played in front of an enthusiastic capacity crowd was action packed with the two sides going at each.

Cape Town City Reserves fought hard and reduced their deficit in the 72nd minute to make it 3-2, setting up the match for a pulsating finish.

Goal poacher Sifama sealed the game with a close-range grass cutter at the death. Full time score was 4-2 much to the pleasure of the Amakhosi faithful in Kabokweni.

The MASSIVE Player of the match went to none other than Lebohang Lesako. Congratulations!
