As the Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach will not be travel with the team to Thoyandou to face Black Leopards on Thursday afternoon as he leaves the same evening for Germany to be with his family for the Christmas holidays.
Head coach Ernst Middendorp who will be carrying out the warm up routine prior to the Leopards game on Thursday has had to make two forced changes to the Chiefs starting eleven who will do battle with Golden Arrows on Saturday night.
David Mototo and Louis Agyemang both of whom were substituted in the first half in last weeks memorable victory over Pirates are omitted through injury.
Replacing them are Songwe Chalwe and Gerald Sibeko will start in their place.
Defender Fabian McCarthy left out of the squad when the Amakhosi beat their arch rivals Pirates a week ago makes his way back into the match day squad of 18, will be hoping to get a run out some time during the game.
Chiefs will be out for the third straight victory with recent wins over Free Stat Stars and Orlando Pirates, the Amakhosi also hold a slight psychological advantage over Arrows having beaten them 3-1 away from home in September.
