Kaizer Chiefs reserve side will take on third placed Polokwane City in the penultimate Group A fixture of Multichoice Diski Challenge (Asidlali) on Sunday.

Chiefs are occupying fourth position in Group, three adrift of pacesetters Bloemfontein Celtic who suffered their first group match at the hands of second placed SuperSport United on Saturday.

The long serving Chiefs captain in his days and legend Ryder Mofokeng has expressed confidence ahead of their clash against City at Nike Centre on Sunday.

"We are ready for the game. We have a strong team lined up for this match. As you know some of the reserve team players were not able to join us as they were participating in the Macufe Cup last week," states Mofokeng.

Mofokeng revealed the names of some of the players that will be in the squad on Sunday. Lorenzo Gordinho, Zitha Macheke, Hendrick Ekstein, Erick Matombo and Josta Dladla will be in the squad.
