Kaizer Chiefs U17 will participate in the Emfuleni/Eindhoven U17 Tournament to be played at George Thabe Stadium in Sharpeville on 14 and 15 December 2012 Conti Kubeka revealed to kaizerchiefs.com on Thursday morning.

The U17s under the tutelage of legends Ryder Mofokeng and Arthur Zwane impressed in the few games they played during the Engen Tournament and also done well in the Soweto SAFA league where they are currently no. 1.

“It is a good opportunity for the boys and playing against the likes of PSV Eindhoven will go a long way in preparing them as players. It is a wonderful opportunity that we welcome with both hands. There is a lot to be learned from the tournament in terms of different philosophies of play, etc,” said Kubeka who has been tasked to coordinate the development structures at Kaizer Chiefs.
