The Nedbank Ke Yona Team will challenge the 2013 Nedbank Cup Champions, Kaizer Chiefs FC, on the 2nd of February 2014 in a match that will be broadcast live on SABC 1 and SuperSport 4.

These 23 soccer players who have made the final cut will take on the champions of the 2013 Nedbank Cup, Kaizer Chiefs. Hand-picked by a panel of well-known South African soccer legends, the Ke Yona Team players are about to make their soccer dreams happen.

“Entrance to this soccer match is FREE, however patrons MUST have a ticket to gain entry into the stadium”, said Sydney Mbhele, Divisional Executive for Marketing at Nedbank. Mbhele was speaking at the 2014 Nedbank Cup Launch & Draw on Thursday night.

The fans will have a chance to see some of the Amakhosi’s rising stars in this encounter.

“When Chiefs take to the field, our supporters always expect to watch good football and this game is no exception. The Technical Team will have the chance to give the rising stars from our Development Team a run,” said Corporate Communications Manager, Vina Maphosa.

The FREE tickets can be obtained from Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers outlets nationwide. Kickoff for the game is at 15:00.
