Kaizer Chiefs will face Free State Stars in their penultimate Absa Premiership fixture at Bethlehem’s Goble Park Stadium. The match is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 11 May (kick-off is at 19:30).

Amakhosi played to a goalless draw against another Free State Province based side, Bloemfontein Celtic, in their previous match. It will be a nostalgic moment for coach Steve Komphela to play against his former club and visiting the area where he started his football career.

Chiefs will look to continue with their aim to finish the season on a high with a win against the unpredictable Ea Lla Koto team.

Amakhosi thrashed Stars 4-0 in the first round of this league fixture played at FNB Stadium back in August 2015. The goals were scored by Siboniso ‘Pa’ Gaxa, George Lebese, an own goal from Liberty Chakoroma and there was Siphiwe Tshabalala’s wonder strike.

Tickets are sold at Free State Stars’ Bethlehem Office and at Superstar in QwaQwa for R40.
