Amakhosi will travel to Cape Town to face Cape Town City in the MTN8 quarterfinal. The match is scheduled to be played on Friday, 26 August (kick-off is at 20:00).

The two meet in this round of the ‘Wafa Wafa’ cup tournament by virtue of finishing respectively fourth and fifth in the 2015/16 Absa Premiership. Cape Town City used to be Mpumalanga Black Aces.

Chiefs were the finalists in 2015 and are the most successful club in the Top 8 competition with 15 trophies engraved with their name tag.

The tickets are on sale nationwide at ticketpro at R15.00 (children under the age of 12) and R60.00. Ticketpro outlets are found at CNA, Edgars, Jet and some Engen, Choppies stores.
