The three players have been impressive for Chiefs development with right back, Nkululeko Tshangane netting a brace over the weekend against Isibizo.
Chiefs’ development coach, Ryder Mofokeng believes the trio deserves their place in the national team, “They have done very well for Chiefs U-17s and we are very proud of them.
Sbusiso Mabaso has done very well between the posts and is one of the reasons why they have conceded the least number of goals in the league. He fancies himself a junior (Itumeleng) Khune.”
“Nkululeko “China” Tshangane’s brace as a right-back over the weekend is a testimony of his potential. He is a typical “Kaizer Chiefs right back” as he likes going forward. He is also good defensively. “Shakes” (Masalaelo Seanego) has also done very well for the team.
All these players were part of the national U-17 set up that travelled to Botswana immediately after the international tournament we played in Soweto. I would like to wish them all the best against Namibia,” added the former Kaizer Chiefs captain.
