Kaizer Chiefs’ Under-17s will play on Sunday in the 2016 Future Champions Gauteng Cup, which involves top clubs, schools and Safa regional teams.
Amakhosi are in a group with SuperSport United, Clapham High School and Safa Sedibeng. There are four groups. Chiefs’ Under-17s are coached by Arthur Zwane, who says: “This tournament is a good experience and will provide an interesting test for the boys. It gives us an opportunity to compete at a high level.”
The former winger’s goal is to qualify for the Future Champions Gauteng International Tournament, which will be held from 14 to 19 March in Pimville.
