The date and kick-off time remain the same.

The reason for the change is due to a power crisis in the Orlando and Diepkloof area.

“We were informed today by City Power that a substation has been burnt down and electricity in the Diepkloof and Orlando areas in Soweto has been cut,” said PSL General Manager: Football, Ace Ncobo.

“City Power could not guarantee that the power would be up and running by tomorrow night, so we had no alternative but to move the game to Rand Stadium.”

Ncobo also added that the safety of spectators had to be taken into account.

“Although there is a generator at Orlando Stadium, the surrounding areas would not have power and that poses a security risk,” said Ncobo

Ncobo also confirmed that all tickets purchased through Computicket for the match will be valid.
