Madiba will always be remembered for lifting the country when everyone else is down and this time he is the one who revealed that his own son was snatched by the cruel jaws of death through Aids.

We salute you Tata for that.

It is when we speak openly about Aids that we'll realize how close it is to all of us.

To the late Makgatho's sons Mandla, Ndaba, Mbuso and Andile and all in the Mandela family we send our deepest condolences for this loss and we pray that the Lord grants you solace through His undeserved favour and grace.

It is through the debris of hopelessness that we find trust and strength in God our Creator.
