This was revealed by Team Physiotherapist Dave Milner to kaizerchiefs.com on Monday morning.
“The doctor assessed the player on Sunday and he will again be assessed later this week to determine the seriousness of the injury. He is unlikely to feature in the Nedbank last 32 against Nathi Lions but it will not be long before the player returns to the pitch as he is an infield player as compared to if he was a goalkeeper,” said Milner.
Milner also revealed that striker Sthembiso Ngcobo, who missed the game against his former team, Free State Stars, should be back this weekend after re-injuring his hamstring against Vasco Da Gama in Cape Town.
