Chiefs who were on a roll on the day controlled the game on most occasions and created lot of chances that they did not convert. Amakhosi have already conceded seven goals this season, which is the worry to the Technical team.
“It is very important that we go for goals when there is an opportunity to do so. I believed we should have scored more goals,” he said.
“I am talking to my players about this because they seem to take it easy after we went 3-0 up. I think we played well against AmaZulu and we were sharp in all departments. We moved the ball very well and once again we were patient in our build-ups.
I am happy that Gert and Jose Torrealba regained their scoring touch. We are still going to improve a lot in this department, in particular when we have Tshepo (Bulu) back in full swing and Kaizer Motaung Jr. back from the injury,” he said.
Ertugral said he was not worried with the break this coming weekend. Kaizer Chiefs are inactive this weekend due to Telkom Knockout quarterfinals and their next fixture will be on the 12th November against current Absa Premiership champions and log leaders, Supersport United away in Tshwane.
“It is very important that we remain focused. We will play a couple of competitive friendly games to keep the boys in shape.
