“Arthur has made his recovery process look very easy and he should resume full training on Monday, at the moment my assessment is that he should be able to play in the Soweto derby against Pirates on the 29th,” said Milner.
Milner also said that goalkeeper Rowen Fernandez like Arthur should resume full training on Monday and will be ready for competitive action by the end of next week. Fernandez tore ligaments in his ankle when he fell awkwardly during a PSL game against Bloemfontein Celtic on the 25th of September.
Meanwhile Ivorian striker Serge Djiehoua, who is recuperating after an extensive knee operation last week continues to move around on crutches, began the first stage of his recovery process on Tuesday when he went through a light exercise drill.
The burly striker came through the process with out any discomfort and is showing good signs in his initial stages of recovery although the doctors still maintain he will be out of action for up to six months if not longer.
