"I have worked well with youngsters in all the teams I have worked for and I know how to bring the best in them. I have always enjoyed working with the talented players. You need to be patient with them...when they can’t learn on the field they should learn off the field as well. George has a bright future ahead of him," he said.
"George as a player is humble and is always keen to learn and listen. We are working very hard to bring the best out of him. He got his chance against Swallows and when he missed that chance people starting coming hard on him. It is your responsibility as the coach to protect and that is what we are doing. I have no doubt that he will develop to be one of the best players around," he added.
