Ghanaian trio praise Chiefs for professionalism

The Ghanaian trio, John Ashong, Henry Entsir and Yakubu Mohammed has praised the Club for ‘professionalism’ after arriving on Monday, 25 July 2011 for trials.



Centre back, John Ashong who is highly rated back in Ghana, said the Club exceeded his expectations, “I have always known Chiefs as it is one of the big Clubs in the continent.

We grateful for the opportunity to come here and spend time with the team,” he said speaking to kaizerchiefs.com just before the afternoon training session at the Village, Naturena.

Striker, Yakubu Mohammed nodded saying, “It’s quite nice here and I am sure I speak for the guys as well. Everyone has been good to us.

We know though we have a long way to go having started training with the team on Monday.

On our arrival everything from training gear to transport was organized.”

Henry Entsir who partnered John Ashong in the heart of Ashanti Gold defence was equally delighted of the opportunity to train with the Glamour Boys.

“It is a great opportunity and all we going to do is to give our best and take it from there.”
