A humdinger is waiting to happen at the 43 500 capacity Mbombela Stadium on Wednesday night when we meet the unpredictable Black Aces. Black Aces will be on the rebound after they suffered humiliation when the Glamour Boys sent them packing during the MTN 8 quarters last week. The Glamour Boys will be going into the game knowing they face a side that have collected a point away from home in their first game of the season against Bloemfontein Celtic on the weekend.

Man of the Match recipients from the two opening fixtures of the 2014/15 season, Letsholanyane (MTN 8 Man of the Match) and Masilela (Absa Premiership), expressed a happy mood in the camp.

“I'm happy and as a team, we all are. We are enjoying the start that we wanted and we also know that there is still a long way to go.” said ‘Yeye’, referring to the two back-to-back wins in the opening games of the season.

However ‘Yeye’ is aware of the challenges that lie ahead of their encounter against Aces on Wednesday night, he said, “It is going to be a difficult one because every game is a different game. There are three points at stake and Aces will not want the repeat of the previous results against us, a plus for them this side is they are playing in their own backyard. We need to work harder than we did in the last game for us to win it, it won’t be an easy one.”

‘Yeye’ said he and his teammates are happy because of the good start to their season campaign, but hastened to say that the two games they have won don't make a good season. “We have to work hard to maintain the spirit in the camp and winning momentum.” he concluded.

Masilela concurred with his teammate, “I feel great, winning builds confidence and we need to keep this momentum. The next game will be a different ball game all together. We are playing away and it's a league game. I noticed Aces have beefed up their team with good players so we are expecting a tough game on Wednesday. The mood is great and everyone is upbeat and the players that are not playing are supporting the guys that are playing. We are taking it one game at a time.” said Masilela.

Tickets are R50 (Adults) and this includes parking. R20 for under 18's. Tickets are available from Computicket (outlets and online), as well as KLCBT (Crossings, Nelspruit) and Mbombela Stadium Ticket office. Kickoff is at 19:30.
