Kaizer Chiefs will be without the services of defender, Morgan Gould when they take on Mamelodi Sundowns at Soccer City Complex on Wednesday, 22 August 2012 Team Physio, Dave Milner revealed to kaizerchiefs.com on Wednesday afternoon.

Dave Milner commented; “Morgan (Gould) injured his Achilles tendon in the last training session prior to the Sundowns match. On assessment it appeared he had raptured his tendon.

He is currently undergoing scans and seeing a specialist at the Clinic to discuss further management. Once this has been concluded we will know the exact extent of the injury,” said Milner.

Morgan Gould and his compatriots were faultless when they conquered AmaZulu 6-0 in a PSL fixture in Durban two weeks ago.
