Bafana Bafana Coach Gordon Igesund has named five players from Kaizer Chiefs on the team that is going to take on Brazil in Sao Paolo on 7 September 2012 and Mozambique four days later at Mbombela Stadium, Nelspruit, on September 11.



Gordon Igesund who took over the reigns as Bafana Bafana Head Coach in June was announcing his first squad as the coach at SAFA House in Nasrec, Johannesburg



Kaizer Chiefs captain and goalkeeper, Itumeleng Khune, defender Eric Mathoho and midfielders, Reneilwe Letsholonyane and Siphiwe Tshabalala kept their places in the national team while Bernard Parker has been recalled after a long absence.



There was no place for Chiefs’ fullbacks Siboniso Gaxa who just returned from an injury and Tshepo Masilela who only started training with the team after signing on the dotted line with Chiefs this week while Morgan Gould was left out due to injury.



The game against Brazil will kick off at 15:45.
