Bafana Bafana coach Gordon Igesund has made five changes to his squad for South Africa’s second game of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations against Angola later this afternoon at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.

Five Chiefs players started the first game against Cape Verde on Saturday - three will begin the game against Angola, while Siphiwe Tshabalala, Reneilwe Letsholonyane and Leholonolo Majoro all start the game from the substitute bench.

Itumeleng Khune, who is bidding to become the first Chiefs goalkeeper since Hans Vonk in 2002 to keep consecutive clean-sheets at the Cup of Nations keeps his place in the starting eleven while Chiefs defender Tsepo Masilela has been given the nod ahead of Thabo Matlaba and will fill in at left back.

Masilela featured for Bafana when they last faced Angola in a game that ended 1-1 at the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations in Tamale Ghana - ironically on the 23rd January 2008, Chiefs striker Bernard Parker also starts and will play wide out on the left with Katlego Mphela and Tokelo

The other changes to the squad from the Cape Verde games sees May Mahlangu and Dean Furman start, in place of Chiefs pair Siphiwe Tshabalala and Reneilwe Letsholonyane.
