Lawrence ‘Spanner’ Molekwane became the latest injury casualty after breaking a bone in his foot in training on Thursday morning, Team Physio Dave Milner revealed to kaizerchiefs.com.

Molekwane becomes the latest casualty to join a long list of players sidelined for the rest of the season; Thomas Sweswe (knee), Reneilwe Letsholonyane (knee), and Lucky Khune (groin). "Molekwane broke a bone on his right foot and will be side-lined possibly for the rest of the season," said Milner.

Meanwhile, Itumeleng Khune underwent a computerised test this week, and will spend another week on the sidelines before resuming training. The result of the test revealed that the player is not ‘ready’ to start training, Milner further revealed.
