It is gratifying to know that Jabu has been offered an intense and personalised training schedule to keep him up to scratch with the rest of the players there. Whilst Solonika are making preparations to close off the season, there are a couple of friendly games lined, which to a great extent have been arranged for the benefit of Jabu' s trial period.
Amakhosi have closed the season and the players are gone on holidays. It is expected that when they resume with their training schedule, making preparations for the prestigious Vodacom Challenge, and the World Peace King Cup, Jabu Pule would be looking much fitter and sharper than ever before.
It is a known factor that there isn't much that the Phefeni boys are taking home at the end of this season except clinching the Telkom Charity Cup at the beginning of the season.
This scenario is of major concern to the chairman, Kaizer Motaung as he addressed the players and technical staff at the last players' meeting in Naturena yesterday. One thing obvious, heads should roll in Naturena, new faces and fresh legs will be seen very soon as South Africa's most successful soccer outfit still has to win the prestigious Premier Soccer League championship since its inception.
From Kaizer "Chincha Guluva" Motaung's mouth, Kaizer Chiefs has to go for nothing less than the premiership title next season and in a short while we should be hearing about the changes at the Amakhosi camp to make Motaung's dream a reality.
Pule might make his way back to South Africa during the middle of June as all players will be reporting back to camp on time for the Vodacom Challenge preparations. We wish him all the best during the coming friendly games in which Solonika are said to be organising with the view of having a look at him.
