Zimbabwean-born defender, Jimmy “Jambo Jet” Jambo was withdrawn from the national team to play against Mozambique on Wednesday in Maputo due to injury below his left knee.
Jambo, who missed the Soweto derby on Saturday, was called up to the national team together with his compatriots, Knowledge Musona, Tinashe Nengomasha and Thomas Sweswe.
The player is busy undergoing rehabilitation under the watchful eye of Team Physio, Dave Milner.
