The beautiful Kaizer Chiefs Celebrity Team took on the Sundowns ladies in what was supposed to be a fun filled curtain raiser match for celebrities from both sides and the crowds. This was the second time that the ladies got together to sweat it out on the field of play for Kaizer Chiefs.

The Chiefs ladies started the game with more determination to win in order make up for the last game they lost to SAIL Soccer Babes on the 23rd February 2008. The match was tightly contested between the two sides, but however Chiefs lost the match 2-1.

Man/Woman of the match

The Chiefs Goalkeeper (Penny) had an outstanding match, keeping her team in the game with breath taking saves. She however sustained an injury on her finger but that never stopped her from doing a superb job.
