The well attended workshop is underway at Dhlamini Community Centre and will close shop at 16h00 today. It is offered at absolutely no cost to the Amakhosi faithful young and old.
“Supporters will at the end of the workshop be able to manage their monies wisely, but more importantly will live within their realistic means. We want to empower Kaizer Chiefs Supporters with valuable knowledge on how to manage their finances, debts, so as to become champions and pros in financial planning” says Thabo Gumbi Key Accounts Manager, Hollard Insurance.
The fulfilled and jubilant Situmo Kgotyane of the Attredgeville Amakhosi Supporters Club told kaizerchiefs.com “It was an excellent exercise, especially that it gives us a know how on how to save, budget, and prepare for unexpected expenses like funerals.
Today, I know that in order to avoid going to “uMashonisa” (loan sharks) you need a medium and/or long term financial plan. Thanks to Kaizer Chiefs management for seeing it fit to forge partnerships with Hollard for us to benefit in the manner we did today”
“I am thrilled to see that our supporters are reaping the fruits of our value adding partnership with Hollard. It is the partnership that takes to new heights our own “Amakhosi 4 Life”. Our supporters’ livelihoods will certainly improve after this workshop. I must also hasten and thank our supporters for supporting this inaugural workshop, and judging by its success I am certain that the organisers pride themselves of a job well done” says Siyabulela “24/7” Makunga, Kaizer Chiefs Public Relations Manager.
The Amakhosi Supporters Club are also at hand on fully-fledged recruitment and vowed to revive and take to new heights all Gauteng based branches. “Over and above the enskilling of our supporters, we see an opportunity to fully engage in a recruitment drive while reviving our branches in the greater Gauteng province” says Emmanuel Khumalo, Amakhosi Supporters Club Operations Manager
