The two companies have had a partnership for the past decade and the new deal includes Hollard displaying its logo on the sleeve of the Kaizer Chiefs official uniform, exhibiting soccer field perimeter boards at Club’s home games, television exposure during televised Kaizer Chiefs games, and online exposure on Club’s website.
A delighted Kaizer Chiefs Executive Chairman who was in attendance with Marketing Director, Jessica Motaung and other Club’s dignitaries said on a joint statement, “We are delighted to strengthen our partnership with Hollard. The company has demonstrated its commitment to Kaizer Chiefs soccer as a partner for the past 10 years. During our conversations about enhancing our partnership, Hollard demonstrated the greatest ability to not just be a sponsor but to become a key marketing partner.”
Motaung also paid a tribute to Commercial Manager Sajeed Sacranie, “I must commend both Sajeed Sacranie who led our team during the negotiations and of course Mandla Shezi from Hollard. The two brands are synonymous with one another and hopefully we will achieve the goals we have set out as a result of this partnership.”
